Hey All, I am wondering how a vasectomy in my 20s has, is and will affect the results that I get from a weight training and bodybuilding life.
I know that I also had preteen gyno, in the 6th grade. I put it this way because I dont remember what age, but I know that I was in 6th grade. I remember it all too well, the burning and itching that turned into outright pain. I also remember the hard lumps that were my nipples.
Well now at 49 my nipples are the size of dimes, not that it rally matters too much, its just information for anyone that cares to comment.
It seems that I work hard in my workouts but (to me) dont really see too much in results. Could that be related to the vasectomy? I realize that age is somewhat related.
Been working out for the last 10 years. Sometimes pretty seriously and sometimes not so seriously. Have delt with injuries off and on but who hasnt?
Curious for your comments and thanks.

the vasectomy wont effect your gains at all. If you have had gyno in the past I would use a ANTI E if you run a cycle.

had mine when i was 24.. didn't do anything to stop me.. had a reversal 2 yrs ago, had a baby.. got it done again.. works fine..

what everyone else said...cutting off the flow of sperm wont hinder your testosterone levels or any other anabolic hormone levels.
At 49 I would be on HRT for sure if u are looking to actually have real success building a above average physique

Not seeing results could be from being stuck in a rut; change things up and shock the body....different combos of exercises, super-sets, interval training, try a new gym, etc....

Hey THANKS all. Its something that Ive been wondering about for a long time. I did try HRT but after reading here and on TNation about the testing etc and the follow up care, Im thinking that my Dr at the time wasnt really too up or interested with it. He just gave me the script for the jell and that was it. I didnt really notice a difference. When I have the extra cash will go about it the right way.
BTW Alin thanks for the specific comment.

If you need a real hrt dr hit me up?
