Var Users?

Hey bros...Same Cauliflower Ear...for some reason i can't post or PM so i am using this now...i hope admin will help me but anyway.
I got a couple fights coming up oct 29 and nov 4th back to back weekends.
I just got 100 25mg proform var tabs. how do you guys suggest running them...50mg ed for 50 days, 75mg ed for 33 days, or 100mg for 25 days. What do you think will be the best for my fights i can start them today if the effects will be more pronounced. All experience welcome. Thanks guys.

no not really... i had blood work done after my last cycle and all was good....also this is my second cycle! no my liver is good...gonna run some tylers liver detox of course!

cool, i'm sitting on a shit load of Var, of which i have a script for, so i'm trying to decide if i want to run low dose (30/40mg) or try 50 or higher.
 
Many will tell you that you should be alright at 50mg/d. As a fellow fighter and athlete (read non-bodybuilder) I think that the pumps from 50mg of Var will take away from your speed and endurance. Endurance suffers because trying to grapple while all pumped up is just soooo much harder. This is nothing more than my opinion based on personal experience. Either way, good luck in the ring, brother.
 
how do you like the hygetropin? we have the same source, and i'm getting ready to order a batch...........actually will be taking the same amount as you...2ius/day, or 4eod.

his prices seem good.........what do you think of the product?

huh really? i thought pumps are good? Like well lets just say Nitrix or something...that dialates your veins giving you way sicker pumps and allowing more oxygen to get to recepters alowing better cardio. I didnt know pumps are bad for cardio. EQ gives me sick pumps and it helps my cardio? the RBC count goes up

love hygetropin...hands fall asleep every night...lol
 
Personal experience...pumps hurt my punching speed and kills me on the ground. Not saying that it'll be that way for you, but that's how things go down for me.

fall asleep at 2ius/day? i currently take about .35mg or 1.5ius, but plan on moving to 2 after i make my order. the source we share, you did get the Hygetropin from him, right?

huh? i know that this muay thai guys i train with does nothing except var says it helps with fast twitch muscle...lots of guys at Ricksons use that shit...im a brown belt at Ricksons where do you train?

Var works great for me as well, but I just have to run it at much lower doses than the norm. I train out of Grappling Unltd.
 
cool man....what is your weight? im almost 200...so do you think 50mg would be okay for me...or should i go as low as 25...will that even do anything?

Since your some what limited use the Anavar wisely,,,you should do fine with 40mg ED.

I am 185lbs....damned tough class. I did really well on 20mg, but everyone says that I respond amazingly well to Anavar. When I first started with the Var it was at 40mg/d. Had to cut it back to 20mg cause of the crippling pumps and cause everyone was starting to whisper shit about me juicing. Again, not saying that it'll be that way for you, so you'll have to experiment with your body, brother.

i have heard some people take all their var like 5 hours before workout cause it peaks in the system then...what do you guys think split it up or all preworkout
 
Hey Bros...does anyone else have any good experience with lower dosages of var? do you guys think if i run it at 50mg ed the pumps will fuck with my grappling cardio? Even though it is similar to sprinting....blast rest blast rest blast rest
 
i think is a martial arts dood.

The thought of 20mg e/d has crossed my mind for myself becuz anavar at a low dose wont shut you down or hurt your body. And growth plates dont get closed with it anyways so it would be tight.
 
huh...but itsnt it hard on your hdl's i dunno...yeah that looks bomb...i wonder if i should drop and just run 25 mg ed...fuck any other reccomendations?

I have decided that FOR ME, pre workout is the best. Some guys rpefer to spread it out but I like it all there when I workout.
 
I'm a fighter too (not mma) and do some running for my training.
40ED fucked my 3x week running routine.
If I was you, I would run 25 for the first 2 weeks and see how I feel.

sorry, now that I think about it. it was actually the pumps in my low back and sides that messed up my running. for actual cardio I was ok on the recumbent bike and was fine for sparring too.
 
i run 100mgs a day for 4 weeks along w my test prop and eq. love the combo and what it does 4 me. strength speed and endurance go up. strength is sick seriously. any further questions?
 
i ran it in the summer and the only thing I noticed was the pumps an cramping because of the heat. All depends on the atmosphere so you'll have to experiement.. start low... move your way up to what you feel confortable with
 
The var pumps sometimes messed with my workouts. I was also running test/eq so that probably had an effect on the pumps as well...var is great...if I run it again I will run it at like 70mg-80mg ed instead of 50mg ed.

As far as I understand, of all the orals, var is easiest on your liver and I've read several posts here of bros who run it for long periods, doesn't really mean shit, however.

I'd love to see a study showing how long it is safe for the liver to run var... k for anyone who can pull one of those up...

Only easy on the liver of those who never get blood work done!
