Ive been researching and cant decide between var ot t-bol. eveyone says t-bol is better because you get gains and lode fat, and above all you keep most gains.but var people say isnt is bad for sides and you get more strength. My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle, and keep it. im 6-2 220 wat do u guys think?
