I ran a winny an test cypinate back about 5 months ago an ran it fir about 2 months got good strength gains reached 185 pds...i fell off when i messed up my shoulder so its been about 2 months since i hit the gym so i wanna start a cutting cycle with some mass.
 
Alright well I would suggest you hit the gym for a few months before you consider a cycle. Get yourself back in the rythm and let muscle memory take effect.

You gotta have a foundation or you won't keep the gains you make on cycle

This is true...i was maxing out on the bench at 310 i bet i couldnt even put up 260 lol it sucks when you get an injury specially a shoulder injury but it happens...what would you suggest once im ready for a cycle for a cutting yet some mass (oral).
 
It's hard to get both out of just an oral. A tbol/proviron or var/proviron run would both give you lean gains and some decent strength, but your results are 90% diet when doing a cut. I would suggest trying to diet to about 12% or so before you run anything, as bp sides can lead to all sorts of issues

For 1 your body fat is too high, for 2 you just got back in the gym

If you want a cutter run this

1-8 gw sarm 20mg a day (10mg in am and 10mg in pm)
1-2 12mg albuterol (work up to 12 in the first 3 days) split your doses into 4mg 3x a day
3-4 15mg albuterol split into 3 doses of 5mg
5-6 18mg albuterol 3 doses 6mg
7-8 21mg albuterol 3 doses 7mg
*your doses of albuterol should be 4 hours apart the first being 30 mins prior to morning cardio on empty stomach and one 1 hour prior to weight training
1-8 50mg of Benadryl a day
 
i would run an sarms stack aswell, and osta will actually help heal you aswell stack it with S4 to get shredded. best run like this:
1-8 osta
1-8 S4
1-8 hcgenerate
pct.
9-11 unleashed/postcycle
9-11 daa
this will add lean gains buddy and help you shred but your diet must be in check and ensure you train and build yourself up abit before venturing into chemical enhancement.
 
I would run NO AAS or Sarms or any chemical for that matter until you have your training & diet down.

I agree, once he dials that in a dose of Sarms Ostra surely wouldn't hurt.

i definitely agree... you are not ready to be taking anything right now... you need to just put out hard work and consistency and watch how far that takes you before considering anything else...
 
Dammit I hate when people are willing to toss juice into thier body when not even at a good spot in thier workout career. This stuff is not to be f'ed with and personally i dont know why youd want to affect your health for some shitty gains when youre barely even in the gym yet.
