I'm a girl, who's shredding of some fat for a show this summer. I'm thinking about stacking var, clen and t3. I have been running var 10 mg/day before with no sides, so I'm thinking about upping the dose to 15-20 mg/day.
Do any of you girls have experience with t3 and clen and a protocol that worked out for you?
Cardio and diet is perfect.
