next time i dare to watch that movie, I'll keep an eye out for his tit-ayes. What's really said is that I can't enjoy a movie anymore without pointing out verbally who's on steroids now or who has gyno! :p

I was watching Mindhunters and noticed how juiced up LL Cool J is and on top of that, I saw E hollywood doing a special and mentioned that LL Cool J just released a workout book and how to stay in shape - knowing full well that this guy is juiced to the core.. oh well..thus is life! hehe
 
i feel ya. how often do you get yourself into shit with people suspecting cause you forget they are not ef buds and your like he's on juice and he is juicin. i met LL at east bank club in chicago, well didn't meet, his bodygaurd dwarfed him. he worked out with mj, LL does 4 plates and reps it i was very impressed, his head is bigger than a damn basketball though. how about blade 3, van wilder lookin like a pro strong safety at 4% bf. or how about bust rhymes. he is on the cover of vibe, i suggest you look not buy, when your at the store. he is in there explaining how you have to be jacked now to rap. he is on gear for sure, gyno as bad as van damme, now that i think of it, and no neck at all, he is bloated as all hell. at least know what your doing with all that money. last night american history x was on, i do think he juiced for that. he puts a lot on the bench when he is in jail and reps it. how's az sparetire, i miss it, well i did miss it until now, its prolly so hot now.
 
i don't know why people bag on Van Damme so much the guy is a great fighter and just happened to end up in some crappy ass movies after bloodsport. Hes going to be in Rush Hour 3. I wonder if he will fight jackie chan?

Actually Van Damme was never a competitive fighter and has had his ass kicked at least once in a street fight by another actor, that big italian dude from the HBO series Oz. Van Damme started talking some shit and got layed out. Dont get me wrong he could beat the hell out of most average people walking around, but calling him a great fighter is a huge stretch.

Van Damme was a competitive bodybuilder though.
 
Van Dam is a fucking joke. He has no acting abilities whatsoever. All his movies sucked and about him being a great martial artist? I don't think so. That's my opinion. Was he ripped while in these movies? Yes he was. i'll give him that. He was in good shape. I don't know what shape he is in now. Damn! His acting is terrible.
 
you should read his bio, its interesting. the 5 years of ballet and mr. belgium- not a combination one would see in many individuals

btw- his gyno was WAY worse in "no retreat, no surrender" - though he was pretty jacked

well actually he was a european kickboxer and went 12-1. he was challenged by don the dragon wilson for 100,000 to step in the ring which he declined. yes chuck zito did fuck him up. van damme was drunk and on a stool, zito was his bodygaurd at the time. zito told him to chill out as he was being an ass. he beat him up for acting up. zito said had he let him stand up he would have been in trouble. however, zito spent years in japanese prison and that is where he learned martial arts. so he is a badass and a hells angel. u can see him at every ufc fight with vanilla ice, lol for real

Hollywood is still looking for our next action hero - they had big hopes for Vin Diesel and then his ego got in the way. Demanded too much money for the XXX sequel and so they passed on him and his career stalled. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was their next attempt and although I find him amusing his acting skills leave much to be desired.

Any of you jacked up bros from Elite feeling like being a movie star - apply at your local studio - they are getting desperate for a new generation of action hero.

Personally I think the Rock is a decent actor b/c of his time spent in wrestling where it is all one big show. He has sort of a comedic appeal as well kind of like Arnold did in movies like Twins or Kindergarden Cop.

Yes, that is what he wore. And the music.... my wife calls it 'cheap 80's action movies". I like porno beat better, lol. Every low budget action flick back then from Commando to Cobra used that type of cheesy crap. I'll laugh to myself next time I catch one on tv.

As for Seagal, Macro, you might not be too far off! He was able to pull it together when he did Exit Wounds, but he just fell apart again so quickly.

Well it's off to the $5.00 DVD bin at Walmart for me, I want to see what new movies Van Damme and Seagal are in!

I heard a rumor that van dame was a total fuck stick in real life... who knows though. When I was akid I used to love his movies. Universal soldier was good when it first cam out.

i agree, in lionheart his physique is not impressive though, just gyno and a little swole, in kickboxer he looks like he is on the whole movie. ridic legs, remember he did ballet, lol, also his arms are phenomenol. when you are 5 7 and tha symetrical you are gonna look awesome. he was such a skinny kid too. he did work for it for sure. roy jones, bruce lee, and van damme are the reasons i started lifting for sure. never appreciated arnold till i was older, i thought he was just really tall and big, come to find out i'm taller than him

van damme was never ever that heavy, he was on a show in the UK a few years ago, obvioulsy he was smaller then in Bloodsport etc but he was 140lbs, he said that himself and he is 5ft 4!!! He is a tiny guy

sorry but he was not 140lbs bro, he is like 5 7. i saw him in vegas. his legs are huge and at his biggest he was for probably almost 200, you can't have legs like that and now weigh in.

it lists him as 5"10 in the Internet movie database so take what you will from that. He did win the Mr. Belgium bodybuilding championship so hes still gotta be packin some serious mass. There is no way he is 140.
 
@ 17 he won the middleweight amature kickboxing championships (Europe) aswell. Hes never done karate a day in his life.

exactly, but they have dmx as 5 11 in there and tom cruise at like 5 9 i think. ive seen dmx live many times he is 5 7 tops. imdb boosts heights on short guys but they are right on a lot of celebs. yea he was a bber no doubt was he at least 175 like i said, i though he seemed like 5 7 or so in vegas. i'm 6 3 and when a guy is 5 4 they are like a midget to me, he wasn't too tiny but pretty short

damn, i thought up near 155 in that pic. you must have a tiny waist like me. i'm at 181 but i'm 6 3 so we are real similar. if we had large legs, which i would like but cannot attain, and larger frames we would weigh a lot more. van damme clearly is shredded but he has a wide frame and thick ass legs. i think we'd be about 20lbs heavier if we had bigger legs.

you know what, actually you are close.. now that i remember i weighed in around 152 that day that's why i took the picture. yeah my waste is super small i can easily fit in 28" jeans.. as a matter of fact the guy standing next to me is quite a bit taller, and he is 245, a hundred pounds heavier than me !! and he's not fat , he's a bit dude, just no definition, my arms almost look bigger than his

Thats bullshit that [he] released as part of his press material. There has never been any substantiation to that claim. Try to find any info on any of his fights on the net, all you will find is people saying exactly what I am telling you.
 
well there is videos of it. there is a martial arts film called where they all started about all action movie stars. he absolutely kickboxed and i'm not saying the comp was anything impressive but ive seen it with my own eyes.
 
Karate middleweight is like 70KGS, in the programme I saw he was very very small, smaller then 70KGs, he had shrunk from his previous size by at least 20-30lbs, at 5ft 4 thats a big difference - he never competed in Kickboxing thats PR bullshit, the films released where all PR BS when people actually thought he was destined to become as big a star as Arnie.
 
They were making a movie called Kumite. It was supposed to be a Bloodsport sequel, but Frank Dux won't work with Van Damme anymore since he got screwed over with The Quest. So it's a sequel, but the guys name is different and other little change. Sadly, even though it only had a $15 million dollar budget, production was shut down. Looks like it won't be made :(

As for Van Damme being 5'4, I agree with Bruce. No way. If Van Damme is really only 5'4 then he would need a lot more than shoes with big heels to not look like a midget next to his costars. And he sure didn't look 5'4 in that one movie he did with Dennis Rodman (knockoff?!). And that guy is tall as a building. I'd say 5'7, 5'8 tops, but not 5'4.

yep tucker is one of the funniest most talented guys in hollywood, he has done three movies in like 10 years. why cause he is a greedy man. he wants 30 mil a movie. they couldn't do it for rush hour 3 and he held out, that movie was supposed to be out a while ago. chan was getting mad they were gonna replace tucker and he was not even on the credit cast on imdb for a few months. van damme is rumored to be in it. tucker was supposed to do a movie about the first black president and that never happened. the reason he didn't do friday 2 or 3 is cause he wanted 20 mil which was more than the damn budget

i hope van damme is in rush hour 3 so we can see some serious van dammage and such crappy acting its funny. lol could you imagine how funny that friday series would have been if he woulda been in the 2nd and 3rd ones? I also hope Chan and Owen wilson make another one of those shanghai noon movies as well. Ray Romano got paid $50 million for the final season of Everybody Loves Raymond which is just insane.

ahh hell yes, lionheart! i was a van damme FANATIC when i was younger... he was definatley ripped up in bloodsport. One of my absolute fav's ever too, bruce. Did you ever watch double impact??? i loved that one... cheesy flicks but awesome! also CYBORG, Hell ya! lol
