VA Strongman comp photos

Took 5th place over all but pretty much every team we were up against were top ametures, many of them placing high at nationals or even winning nationals and many of them held records in NAS. I was very pleased with the placing even though it was not a top 3. I was the youngest guy there and never met my partner prior to this. All of the guys in it have years of experience as i said so considering we did not come in last, it was a job well done. I will get a write up and the videos when i get some time. winning deadlift was 1200lbs.

Awesome. I always loved powerlifting. Used to do competitions with a few buddys when I was in HS. We didnt have a powerlifting team, but our strength coach turned a few of us on to them. Good times. Wish I would have known how to eat back then I would have done a hell of a lot better.
