there was a Booklet but its on hold this year since it will be updated

I've PMed you a couple of times the past couple of months. I purchased the omega project back in July of last year and PMed you about the lifts and my weights to see if I was doing the right amounts. I didn't have great success with the program, I think perhaps because I was trying to lift too much and wasn't concentrating on the movements. I'd really like to go over my lifts with you so we can see how much I should be lifting for the main exercises. Please PM me. Thanks!
