Either be your own guinea pig or, as above, go with what works / wait until you NEED TRT

Sarms can still throw off cholesterol and liver values

I'm not fully into each SARM. But isn't the most suppressive sarms androgenic aswell?
Wouldn't that also throw off the marker for androgenic index?
If so I'm sure that'll be a big red sign for the doctor.

no most sarms will throw off cholesterol and liver a bit

they are very mildly suppressive. bloodwork i have seen does not lie

Ah yeh, I don't doubt that. I was just thinking some sarms might increase androgen index rating aswell. And the doctor might react to that.
If I got that right that is..?
