...ways to incorporate them into the bench press. I've read about using them especially in the bottom of the press. If my shoulderblades are squeezed together, it seems hard to do.

The way i was thaugth to use then is to put your hands like at the bottom part while benching and thenflex your lats, your hands should move forward. do it standing up at first...I actually only learnt it yesterday and added 20kg in my one rep max
