, I’m looking to make some changes to my entire weight lifting program. I’m going to be using Deca to help with my joints. Honestly, I’ve been dealing with a lot of issues, the more I try to get stronger, the more joint problems I have and it’s frustrating me a lot. I’m hoping you can give me some tips on the best training program while on deca? Can I still train 5x a week or do you recommend I go 3-4x a week instead? My volume is usually 20-25 sets.
