ClassIII is the same category that pot is in. ClassI is a category that inlcudes heroin, crack, etc. If this passes, especially on the heels of all the nonsense about banning ephedra, fellow gearheads could be fucked. And we are even more fucked because this isn't actually an issue were you can call your FEDERAL CONGRESSMAN ON THE PHONE and voice a complaint against it...."Yes Mr. Congressman.
