upper chest

What is the best way to get these cuts (upper chest, the ones that your neck falls into)

There is really no such thing as upper, lower, or middle chest. A large muscular chest + low bodyfat will give you that cut you're after.

So press heavy (flat and incline) and don't listen to people that tell you to do cable crossovers to "carve out that line" lol.

So if that was the case...all we would have to do is flat bench?

So why do they have incline/flat/decline if the chest is all one.

If your worried about the upper chest, just start your routine with incline first when your the strongest and then go on with the rest of your routine.

Funny, i suggested pushing heavy with incline and flat. Reading helps.
