Upper chest question

New member
I am not a bodybuilder or someone who envisions getting huge but I do work out occasionally for definition. My question is for chest development, I have decent development in my lower pecs but upper/middle is non-existent. I don't generally go to the gym but work out at home. Does anyone have any suggestions for some exercises that would target this area specfically?

Appreciate it

For something without weights: One that I use every other day is doing push ups with my feet up on the wall, however, you may want to start out with your feet on a bench or chair until you're used to the angle. Enjoy the burn. :)

I've done that one before and remember the burn :)

Thanks a bunch, I'll start doing it as part of the routine. Do you know if using a wide base with your hands or a narrow base would target the area more specfically?

I hate flat bench. The closest I come is 15 degree inclines, but I think most of my chest growth has come from 30-45 degree inclines.

I use both a standard and a wide base to target the upper pecs. I stay away from doing diamond push ups with my feet on the wall to save my shoulders.

i use an adjustable incline bench and do 3 sets at 3 or 4 differents heights of incline dumbell presses. i got pretty good uppers.
