BEAST MODE
Sorry but i wanted to post in this forum to get some more responses. I'm 6'5 218. Very lean body, but my upper body more specifically my chest is lagging. I don't do much bench now but I used to. Bottom line is I don't have gyno or moobs but I feel like I got no muscle in my upper pecs. My chest looks somewhat solid but it feels kinda soft, except fir when i flex (obvi) Looking at my dad, he doesnt either and although he's real strong, his lower pecs are sagging almost like moobs. Can I fix it, or would it always be a genetic problem.
