Things are going great. My diet has been clean for over 2 weeks. And no diet soda!!! Workouts are good. Muscles do have memory because my biceps(the small ones I have FOR NOW) are showing and feel firmer. This week I started cardio for 40 mins as soon as I get up and then eating afterwards. I have so much more energy and feel great. That is other than body soreness... :)

I haven't been on the scale or done any measurements. I am going to wait another week or two. However, I do see a difference in my waistline..small...but a difference. I do notice more firmness in my muscles.

I will keep posting progress.

I must be a klutz...Friday during my morning treadmill I injured my foot (not even sure how). My brother-in-law who happens to be a great surgeon specializing in the foot said I may have damaged the connective tissue. So after having many setbacks on my path to fitness I decided to down some ibuprofin, wrap the foot and continue on...lol. Nothing is going to stop me :)

You just motivated me. I have had no real motivation for a while. I am glad I came to your thread!!!!!!
 
Still going strong. Foot still hurts and I am sure if I gave it more rest it would heal quicker but I have no time for that. lol

I feel great. I am still holding on the new measurements. I am the type that does well to see a more significant change than small ones. Diet is still clean. I am still doing the treadmill upon waking for 40 mins, it gives me energy all day long. I have been doing full body workouts 3 x per week...it is all I can fit in right now. With all my kids and their activities, and I am a college student...plus, keeping up the household.

One day soon, I hope to break up my training and do it 5 days per week like my husband suggests...but for now.

I will post again very soon :)
 
I decided to suck it up and weigh in and do a few measurements....mostly concerning the midsection...

Weight now is 150.
Bust is 39 (2 inch loss)
Ribcage 32 (2 1/2 inch loss)
Waist 36 (1 inch loss)
Hips 40 (1 inch loss)

So I am making steady progress. The ab/hip area is always the last to go on me....UGH. That's frustrating because its the biggest part, but I do see a difference.

I am pleased with my progress. I will be kicking a** in the gym this week!!!!
