i am 6'3, 222 lbs, i been working out for about a year and a half, and i posted pics from a year ago which are on top of the page- http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=337392 and also from 5 months ago are at the bottem of the threadi just got done bulking and i am goin to start cutting now, and i have just purchased some whey isolate from allthewhey.com, i haven't used any supplements consistantly before hand (not even protein powder), but plan to start protein, and i also bought some creatine ehtyl ester in hopes to gain strength for football and will start taking multi-vitamins and make my diet more strict... any advice on what i should do to improve?
