made some edits/changes. added in more broccoli, changed up my pre-bed meal a little. pre-w/o meal is not a full meal b/c I wake up at 5am and go right to the gym, so not much room for digestion.

stats: 25, will be around 175-180 when I start this.

macros: 365p/304c/81f/3472cals
this is for training days.

any thoughts are appreciated.
 
Excellent. Looks sweet, glad to see you have some red meat in there. Tough that you can't eat more before the gym, but that's the way it goes sometimes.
 
If you have time to have oatmeal before the gym it may help a little, carbs will give you longer lasting energy. What kind of shakes are you having? Whey, cassein?

I really don't have time, as it is now with my work. Gotta get up and go. Whey shakes in the morning and casein before bed.
 
Something I've been doing lately is I cook breakfast at night so I can haul ass through it in the morning. I mix whole grain pancake mix (1c) with 9 egg whites and 1/4 c. water. Cook them and throw them in the fridge. Nuke em the next morning and top them with sugar free syrup. It's around 600 ish calories, clean and fast. I don't lift too often in the morning, but when I've had something like that I get more out of my a.m. workouts. Everything else looks pretty solid. I'll be pissed if you lose your gut before I lose mine.

I'll do that. I need some motivation. If the calipers are big enough to fit my man boobs in I'll get my bf tested and see where I'm starting. I'd love to burn my manzier collection.
 
I dont like the bread nor the rice cakes unless they are PW.......how about quantities in each meal? I'd opt for more oats, less processed carbs.....Also, what time are you going to bed? Bulking, Imay even toss in some carbs before bed, esp. since you are training 1st thing......rebuliding at night, remember that...dont skimp on the prebed meal.
 
Killah, the macros in this plan are those of a cutting diet: 42%P, 35% C, 21% F... BTW, they don't add up.

Have you tried more conventional Bulking macros before? Like 50% C, 30% P, 20% F???

You need the carbs for lifting man...

when in doubt ask the girl in your Abi how she got that serious boobage...that definitely took some bulking :p
