OK guys... I am still going to post pictures for the "most improved" category when it is time. Here is the deal as of today:

"you have a partial tear of your biceps at its attachment site with some
adjacent inflamation.be careful you don't want to rupture your tendon for
summer.that was an old scan so if it doesn't hurt you probably healed"

My scan was from last June. Since then my arm has been in serious pain every day. It hurts when I type, when I get up, when I go to bed. Its not healed.

I have been working out the whole time too. Until I get another MRI I can't do any upper body. Legs and cardio is it. Just in time for summer....

As I said though. I will still submit pictures for the competition. Just because I can't work my upper body doesn't mean I can't tighten my diet up. I am also going to hit cardio hard now.
I may not be big in the pictures but I should be ripped.
As of this morning.. bone dry.. I was 245 someplace around 10%.
My goal is to get to 225/230 at 6%. 7% is probably more realistic but I'm going for it.
Sorry if I let anyone down in the competition. I will do my best to represent the members still!!!

i slept fucked up last night in this damn hotel and in the morning my left trap was tweaked badly... anytime id turn my head left, the right trap hurt like crazy.

but i said fuck this shit i aint gonna let that slow me down..
went in and pounded the most intense SHOULDER workout period!

fight the odds!
swim against the current!
 
ouch that sucks.. at least now you don't have an excuse for skipping legs :p

Sorry to hear about that slat. I feel for yah. Be careful and don't do anything to make it worse. You could be out for a lot long if you do. Hope you get better soon. I fighting an injury myself. An extensior muscle in my wrist, which keeps me from doing biceps and deadlifts and some other back excerises. I know what you are going through.
 
I blew my left bicep a couple years ago, had to take a few months off from lifting. Just reinjured it a couple months age. Took a week off, started back light and am back full swing allready. Just be careful bro.
 
I am meeting with the guy that reviewed my MRI this week. Hopefully, he will tell me I can still do certain things with my upper body. It will take and MRI to find out for sure how much I fucked it up!
This shit is depressing. Luckily my girl friend thinks I'm good looking no matter if I'm jacked, lean or just some regular guy. Thank god she puts a lot of stock in a personality... LOL. I am one lucky guy!
 
I thank god every day when i wake up all I have is little creacks and aches in pains in elbows and shoulders here and there but never major tears or injuries.I feel for ya my man.
 
Bro take it from me find out what is wrong before you start up again. Bodybuilding is a life-long process, you have the rest of your life too get HUGE and CUT. After 6 Ortho surgerys, the last getting my neck fused, take your time and heal up. Good Luck and keep us posted.
 
I hear you. Unfortunately I have been working out hard for the last year! I may have really fucked this thing up. I hope not.
 
Life can be a pain sometimes... but better to get it healed now so u can stil be workin out at 70 instead o becoming and old fart with an excuse not to workout, lol.
