I followed your advise and am proud to report hte following :
gained 9lbs in two weeks
went up an average of 20lbs per lift upperbody
100lbs gains on squats
I started at 220lbs and weighed in at 229lbs yesterday!!
I have been recovering from both shoulder and back surgery for the past two years. I had been training hard for the last 6 months and had hit a wall. Thanks to your advise and some hard training thing are comming around, THANKS again....I'll keep you posted.
