Things are feeling pretty good. Hit 275 x6 yesterday. Felt really easy and I was really tempted to go to 315 but decided to yield to caution. Feels great now so next week I may bump the weight up if it feels like I can safely.
How does an injury like that happen exactly considering how much lower you were lifting from your max? Can it happen even with perfect form or do you have to slip during the movement or something?

Thanks, it can happen with perfect form. I had a tight spot in my pec and usually it worked itself out when I warmed up. That day it decided to tear on me. Luckily it was a very minor surface tear. I have a vid posted of when it happened in my "Scots vid log" thread here on the training board.
