Week 4.5 of naposim dbol
Deca 300 and Sustanon cycle
So far, ive gained 28 solid pounds. Still have over half of a cycle left. :mix:
I think those are great gains, personally.
Second. Im lookin for a new protein powder. I know its been beaten with a stick, but which ones taste the best, as far as choclate goes?
Third, can someone please pm me with their secure email. I have some vet gear questions and such. Anyways
Oh ya, i posted earlier about both my forearms hurting like ab itch, ya i have forearm splints. Little splinters in my bone, from lifting too much i guess. I didnt know i was cause it all seemed easy to lift. Oh well, ima blame it on work :p just gives me more workout time :verygood:

28 pounds in 4.5 weeks? Holy Christ...I am guessing this is your 1st cycle and you are holding a TON of water?
 
Sorry to break the news, but a lot of that is water. If your not running an anti-e expect to lose about a third of it. Taste is a subjective thing my friend, I'd just go with whatever is cheapest. Go to allsportsnutrition.com, they have 10 lbs of whey for 30 or 40 $, comes out to 140 servings.

Ditto on that! The sust should have just started working within the last week. Sorry if I seem skeptical but, I don't think you could even be holding that much water (let alone muscle) unless you're standing on the scale with a bucket of water in each hand.

How much are you up (weight wise) on bench or squats??

jk bro but seriously if ur not holding some water from the dbol at least then u have one of the best reactions to these compounds then i have ever heard of
 
squats i started at 280.....and now,i bet no one believes me, but i went up to 390, 420 max. Bench, i started at 110, now at 160 max. weight started at 138 lbs, and now im at 165.7 with weight gainers and the perfect diet. trust me, its flawless. i guess its workin
 
doses for slatl:
Naposim 25 mg ed,1 week, 30 mg ed next week, and so on
Deca 300 mg every 5 days
Sustanon 250mg every 5 days
Nolva eod
Pct Nolva.........this is all i need from what i hear, although i was thinkin about getting some HGH or clomid, prolly clomid to bring my test back down. But then again, with these gains, i might get 2 20ml vials of test-e and deca and keep runnin it. Also, i think ima try abombz my next oral round

Also, the visable gains are solid when flexed, not mushy, las if they were filled with water. I dont know though, im hoping not. I just got so addicted to my protien powder and working out, i think its all legit muscle. Ill keep ya posted. But, im so damn happy, i had to share it. You dont understand. I went from being called a skinny scarecrow, to "one of the big guys" so many people notice my muscle gains, especially my traps, oh god i love em. It just feels so damn good to visablly(spelled wrong) see my gains and have others see them as well. Even the damn nurse at my doctors, when i went to get my forearms checked, said i was a muscular mofo. i love it! Oh ya, my doc said i was so much larger too. AHAHAHA it WORKS!

Caddys, great job on the gains. Don't be too disappointed if you lose a little bit when you come off though, just the way things go. :)

Also, I think you might want to get some HCG, not HGH for PCT. If your balls shrunk at all, the HCG will do you wonders (and from the looks of your cycle it probably wouldn't hurt to have on hand). It also sometimes helps with sex drive problems if you crash hard. Watch out for clomid as it has a chance to turn you into an emotional woman.

But if you do lose some after the cycle is over, don't be discouraged. Just keep working out hard and you'll always be able to get back there. It's normal to hold some water when on and lose some when coming off. :) Hopefully you're still bigger and heavier when you come off than you were before the cycle, that's the goal. :)

Also, in terms of protein powder, I really love Champion Nutrition Pure Whey. I'm cutting and it's so good it makes me think I'm cheating!

Broseph, I weigh as much as you do now. You should easily be able to bench well over your own weight.

It doesn't sound like you reached your full potential before starting AAS. How old are you?

i gotta see pictures from before and after man... i just am dieing to see these! those are HUGEEEEEE gains for such low doses. how tall are you? how old are you? was that a typo that ur max bench is 160? that cant be possible bro. i benched 160 at the age of 16 and i was a weakling then.... i mean a skinny piece of crap. i cant believe you are on juice and ur only benching 160 thats just not possible

i can't believe that more people aren't jumping on the fact that he was only 130lbs when he started juicing. If he isn't 4'8" then he started juicing WAY too early.

28 pounds is 98,000 calories above and beyone what you'd have used. In 4 weeks! That's almost 25,000 more calories a week you'd need taken in then you're burning. What's your diet like man??
 
Hmmm......I thought I did good maintaining 10 pounds.....lucky to keep 5 solid pounds each 8 week cycle. Water weight, try some adex....and see what happens.
 
130 pounds before cycle??? Bro I lose that much when I colon cleanse.... All kidding aside.. I think people need to realize that gear is a DRUG.. Its ILLEGAL, and its illegal for a reason.. Because it gets into the hands of people like this... I played college football for a big Division I school.. Not too many guys sqatted 420 pounds with good form... At least not guys under 240-250 pounds...
 
must be a pretty shitty/weak school....i know 18 yr old d linemen at my school benching 455 but thats besides the point.....my friend is 18 yrs old and can squat 420 deep he benches like 300.....so i surely hope/know D1 schools have guys weighing under 240 squating 420 with good form
 
Yea bro I meant on my team, the big guys would squat well over 420 but the backs and receivers 420 was a pretty big lift.. Im not talking linemen or line backers.. 420 squat is big. It was in the SEC. Reguardless, if this dude weighs 150-160 I would love to see him sit under 420.
