UPDATE! 5 more weeks left: ROUND 2.. a Bodybuilder NOT a powerflifter

He are some New Shots of the Young Man.
I trained him for 12 weeks several months ago , and have been helping him again, we have 5 more weeks to go!
At the bottom of this page is the LESS THEN ONE YEAR transformation from a base line of near ZERO.

Notice how we focused on Arms a bit more and look at the NEW results :)!

omega if I didnt know and respect you bro I would say the kids poking his ass behind your back because hes getting freakishly vascular but since I know you I think you may be the best trainer in the history of the world.
 
Train Like body builder instead of power lifter

and you will get vascular too:)

We all lost our way ( especially me)
with the Shitty routines in Mags and those espoused by those who treat their bodies like a Yellow DumpTruck that last 4-5 years ..... INSTEAD of the Ferrarri it really is.

I will tell you One can go VERY FAR with Creatine, Glutamine ( Peptides),
and Solid Protein Everyday, EVERYDAY and in slightly higher doses.

oen can get VERY far more then you think so long as training and diet is Religious
, and if we use our brains
 
Omega I'm about to order my gear to start my cutting cycle I keep getting different advise about Lipoflame and Clen what are your thoughts about the 2 and do you have anyone that has done a before and after using Lipoflame I'm very interested.

The kid must be stoked to have you guiding him through this whole transformation. The vascularity and shred he's shown now from previous is absolutley awesome.

I am against Clen usage in any form as it can cause Cardiac Tissues Necrosis.

some of the NEW modern fat Burners ARE the real deal but you have to shop around to find what is Hype ( just marketing) and what is a Product that is Loyal to Real world Results AND THE ATHLETE.

Very good improvments omega thanks for the post i was thinking about you 2 the other day, the has the old school look very nice work on the arms to but he needs a bigger shirt j/k .

The lipoflame gave me all the energy i needed to get it done, usually i cant stand it but i didnt mind at all. Oh yeah it snowed like crazy today here in Pittsburgh.

I bit more as to why I dont talk too much:)

I DO WANT TO DO A BOOK and WILL..........

but if I speak too much openly, the ideas will be taken

and now that I see the ideas for what they are they are HIGHLY complex and unique

For now the best I can do is take Clients on that will promise to keep the Training Secret.

and treating themselves like Yellow Dump Trucks ( I did this to myself and it has taken time to undo)

I am just happy to be able to provide a blue print to avoid all the time I wasted

There is a way that merges All the Golden Lessons of all into one.

you mention soild poriten do you mean that litraully as soild - non shake etc, From whaty you say about training like bodybuilders i asume you refearing to rep ranges, do you think there is a big difference growth wise from the 6-8 rep range compared to the 8-12 rep range?
 
no real comment on the reps scheme,

but on the solid protein YES

it makes a Huge difference. Shakes are to be used as a strategic device NOT as a meal.

Im kind of disappointed to see you say that. The fact is for most people (oh let's say 99%) the typical BB style workout will never yield results beyond year 1,2? maybe more for some with good genetics... it is just a flawed system overall.

"Lifting like a powerlifter" works because you get stronger, and when you get stronger you use more weight and continue to make progress... Most people on this board prob havent added 20lbs to their squat (If they even DO squats) in the last year...

However, I believe your point about the "dump truck" is just shoveling in food to get bigger... I do agree with that, but again most people just dont eat enough anyway!

Obviously you have made great progress with this guy, and he obviously has some tremendous genetics and is Very strict with what he is doing... Not everyone is so blessed, or so committed.

My overall point is the powerlifter mentality would do a lot of good for most people on here or at least LEARNING why it does or does not work for them, vs following some other advice like a sheep. Personally I have made some pretty unbelievable strength gains alternating a 5x5 and HST program... additionally I actually like the HST better because of the rep schemes, and I like both because you are making Planned Progress. Which I believe is more important than anything:
Perfect Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance

Again, this kid looks great, well done!
 
I disagree

Excessive Strength is to be avoided, it institutionalizes Muscle imbalances and favoring of your stronger groups.

When you train to the point where you cant use "finesse" in your movements you lose that sweet spot that a bodybuilder needs to LOOK like a bodybuilder.

A prefect example if Chest, most guys can bench the world, and then they wonder why there delts get big BUT NOT THEIR CHEST, and why they cant do any thing to get it to respond.......

the secret IS dont train chest like that........and the same goes with all body parts.

YOU MUST UNLEARN WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED

I think of my philosophies like Religion.........I am not going to argue with people, I will show them What I know to be true, and if they try it they WILL succeed.....

Over ride your limits with hard work and intelligent application of stress strategically apllied in a sustainable manner.

Again we are Ferrraris, NOT dump trucks :)

Very true bro. BUT, people who are genetically-equipped, always have more potential if they were to train, eat and sleep just as good as a normal genetics bodybuilder, OR if they get trained by OMEGA :P

I have a lot of confidence in Omega. His supplements have always been top notch and his general advice I just can't ever find myself in disagreement with. When him and I talked about the training he was putting his friend through, he sounded so passionate (borderline fanatical) about his methodology, I couldn't help but to believe in him.
