Should I be working out more often?Should I take my Sat and say work by weaker areas more. Here is my current

Mon - Bi & tri abs - 20 min cardio

Tue - Calves & shoulders- 20 min cardio

Wend - Back & abs - 20 min cardio

Thurs - Legs

Fri - Chest & AB

Sat- off

Sun - off

Let me tell you something bro, and this is only what I have learned and what works for me. If you are going to the gym 5 days a week and questioning whether or not you should add another day, well, all I can say is you must be doing something wrong, because I would be in a wheelchair if I went 5 days a week.
 
I am currently on 400 mg eq 10 wks, 400mg test cyp 10wks, and 40mg winny ed 8 weeks. I wasn't sure if I was or not. I see alot of guys working out 6 days a week with one day off. I was worried if once a week per body part was ok of if some prefer twice a week. CouldI be doing to much?
