ulter/macro/omega - Can I run at the same time ...

So , one more question , WHY is that I keep reading everywhere that you should use creatine BOTH before and AFTER training , but if you gotta choose , USE it AFTER training . I keep reading and hearing this everywhere .

I personally don´t understand this . It is suposed to make you stronger so why not CHOOSE it to use BEFORE training instead of AFTER it .

I used pure CEE before training and it was amazing . Tried BEFORE and AFTER training and saw no difference , then I went back to " just before training "

My opinion would be after as the body is in huge demand for nutrients, but i don't understand why you wouldn't want to take some before also! Reap the benefits bro.

I think ulter/macro would disagree with you here bro , I could be wrong but I think they would say BEFORE gym if I had to choose .

If I use it BEFORE AND AFTER , the bottle won´t last . So I probably have to choose .

But we all agree that the best would be to do BOTH . ALTHOUGHT I did it and SAW no better gains then doing " ONLY BEFORE GYM . "

I am used to t-rex bro ;) Been on and off it since it was released .

So would taking 1 scoop pre workout and one post be a good idea or two scoops pre workout, OR 1 scoop pre, and 2g CEE post?
 
you wont want to take amp02 after workout (because of stim content). How you decide to break it down is a matter of preference, though 2-4 caps of purecee post would be good.

2 caps before and 3 after is what i do and its working great, along with 2 scoops amp02 as well.......
