I..think...I'm gonna...die....
Yesterday was legs so I did my hams, glutes, quads, calves, good workout, yadda yadda.
So today was my cardio day and as I absolutely loathe the gym for cardio, I always go hiking. Though today I tried a new trail as I was bored with the old ones.
good lord; the hike was great, lots of cliffs, waterfalls, scenery, but lots of loose rocks to scramble up. I scrambled for 2 hrs and 15 minutes, turned around, then scrambled back down in 45 minutes.
So, having done weights one day and scrambling the next, I am now ready to collapse. Got some sweet ass pics of the whole thing tho; tomorrow I'll load them into my gallery.
Really no point to this post; just blabbin.
