before I get into my cooking update i wanted to touch on the replies yesterday on my log, i am unclear why a few kept telling me i have gyno and use nolvadex asap, guys i havent had gyno or one single symptom of gyno this entire cycle, so i am confused if maybe the angle made it look weird or you are seeing fat i need to lose, but i 100% do not have gyno nor any symptoms not even once.
just wanted to clear the air on that, now onto my cooking update
I picked this bad boy up from targert tonight pretty neat looking all digital read out auto shut off and does a bunch of different things.
I got tired of cleaning pan after pan after pan every day for prepping since my old air fryer broke, I can happily say not anymore now it's just clean this and my meal prep containers
currently a little after 8pm and I'm cooking my 90/10 beef, 93/,7 beef and my turkey for tomorrow so I got my meals ready.
Decided tonight I was gonna do a bit of a cheat meal and eat out as I was on the go today, I didn't do terrible I did broasted chicken one wing one thigh and one leg cup of green beans and a small cup of fruit and before that I had 2 low calorie yogurts so i did not go over and blow my diet out the water just a little taste really before its back to strict diet. Typically I allow one small cheat meal a week and that is all.
Tomorrow it's 3 cups mix veggies 2lbs beef 1lb is 90/10 other 1lb is 93/7 and 1lb 93/7 tukery
Roughly 2187 calories 255g protein bit over 100g of fat and around 40-50g carbs.
just wanted to do a quick diet update and report something on my off day and show off the new cooking hack to make my prepping a breeze now

Maybe I caught gyno midway through and it went away on its own or it was the pose in the photo I don't know, either way Maybe increasing the primo did the trick because in my most recent chest photo no gyno is present which was taken last Monday the chest photo. I have 1mg Arimidex tablets on hand always just incase I need to utilize them.
I have lab work coming up on October 2 no doubt my endocrinologist is probably gonna freak out when my labs come back hopefully other than having super high testosterone levels the rest of my numbers look normal or slightly above normal range. I know primo can be forgiving with lab numbers so we will find out a few days after October 2. I am not to worried she might be upset that I went on a cycle but she is very nice so It shouldn't be and issue and even if it was long term I could just run para pharma test for trt and pulls bloods etc it won't come to that though.
Today went very well other than these two women carrying around a tripod and filming when the gym was busy, smh spent more time setting shots up then they actually put any quality work in first time I seen people trying to flim at my gym, it looks goofy.
As far as training goes it went excellent and I was pleased with my bicep and tricep work today.

I have labs quickly approaching as we head closer towards October 2 , I am nervous and excited at the same time.
I truly hope my labs look good as far as reference ranges nothing super high or super low somewhere in the middle hopefully.
I can tell cutting carbs is catching up some with how I feel as far as energy but it's nothing I can't work through and make progress we aren't gonna feel super comfortable every single day, growth happens when the chips are down and you have to fight for it.
Overall I had a great back workout today and I felt I put alot of work, even went up in sets and reps and a new pr for rack pulls.
Today is 1lb of tukery 1lb of 93/7 lean beef as well as brought a carton of liquid egg whites with me for work and 4 cups of green beans going with my beef and turkey meals.
