u guys finish up with burnouts?

i recently started doing them with bi's and i think i feel a differnce in them,,,my training partner and i get a ez curl bar with like a 25 on each side and push out as many reps we can,,then toss it to eachother back and fouth,,,,its a good change up,,plus u can talk alot of shit to you buddy:p

I finish up with burnouts on each muscle group... it works ok for me and gives a great pump. However, I have heard somewhere that finishing up with a light weight, regardless of how many reps, is not as beneficial as following a pyramid from the bottom up, ending with low reps, high weight. Something I might do some more research on myself!
