I'm getting ready to start a Fall bulking program, and I was interested in hearing how some of you adjust your caloric intake/dietary choices during a bulking routine.
Do you maintain the same type of clean eating habits and just increase caloric intake, or do you get a little more lax when body fat increase is not a primary concern?
I'm 6' tall and I usually walk around at 205lbs and 8% BF. For what's it worth, my body fat never really exceeds 12%, even when I don't watch my dietary intake as close as I should...
So what do you guys do, keep it clean but increase caloric intake or loosen up your dietary restrictions for your bulking periods?
