Ok guys..what should your shopping cart consist of...regardles of cycle.

chicken, tuna, whole wheat bread/pastas, fish (types?) protien poweders (what are some of your favorites/why?), veggies (types/why?), how do you guys feel about protien bars...what are some of your favorites...please add to the list...

Chicken, steak, ham, eggs, Fish (tuna Haddock/ Cod) Whey - protein
Rice brown or white, pasta, wheat bread, carb powder ( from protein factory) for extra calories in shakes.. just bought, it going to try it out. and dextrose. - carbs
Peanut butter, fish oil, Olive oil, cheese- fats

Dont buy protein bars often ,sometimes when im in a rush for my other job tho.

eating chicken and pasta right now as we speak. mm

i usually stock up on 10-15 mini cartons of the egg beaters cheese/chive too.
each carton has about 42G of protien, 7G of carbs, 7G of fat only.

only downside is whole carton has abount 1,200MG of sodium.

but as far as easy quick protien breakfast, it tastes good

Chickenfilet, pastas, curry, cottage chese (in giant loads, i get almost 120 grams of protein from cottage chese each day, addictive if you find a good brand) i never buy fish, it smells and tastes like crap unles you're a master chef (paps is to lazy to cook the fish) veggies= parsley(i use it in all sauces aspecially for chicken it's just great when finely chopped) garlic (i just love food with garlic) spinach and broccoli (iron, but don't like broccoli unless it's the small ones for wooking) then many many bags of wook. Loads of milk and rise

I don't use proteinpowders, they're great the first years but they all leave a small disturbing muddy feel in your mouth afterwards and they all taste like crap when you get sick of it. Some proteinbars would probadly taste great, but they're hard as fucking stone

I manage a Quiznos sub shop, so I have access to great meats. We slice fresh everyday so I take my meals home

I usually bring home bags of chicken breast. black angus, turkey, tuna.

As I stay pretty sick of tuna from eating it every single day, a good thing I found to buy at Wal-Mart are pork chops by Stampede. They have 44 grams of protein and 9 grams of fat (3 of which saturated). The box of 8 pork chops was about $10.50 or so. I thought it was a great deal... comparable to tuna in price per protein. :)
