1.not too sure how to ask this question so let me give an example first...
if i do a chest/bis split, when i do curls i can lift alot more weight and it feels like im stronger.
but on a back/bis split my biceps are pretty worn out so obviously im not going to curl as much weight.
so i guess what im trying to ask is ...with a back/bis split am i going to be making the same strength increases as a chest/bis split?
and this isnt a "i wish my biceps were huge and i want to curl 2000 pounds" its just out of curiosity whether or not they produce different results.
and question 2...ive found a way of doing supersets that i really like but again im unsure of what the results would yield.lately ive been doing a low rep/high rep superset.like 6-8 reps of shoulder pressing immediatley followed by 12-15 lateral raises.then rest 2 minutes.is this more for tone or could this produce size?
