Congrats bro! I just turned 39 this past Thursday, and I feel like I'm 25...completely agree with you in regard to focusing on your health...its amazing how you can slow or even at times reverse the aging process because of the premature aging people bring on themselves by eating crappy foods, not exercising and living a general unhealthy lifestyle, with a huge one being not getting enough sleep.

You have helped me out quite a bit for which I very grateful and even tho I can be a little bit of a loose cannon at times, my heart is in the right place and I just want to better myself and help others as well. No disrespect meant if I have come across that way I apologize. Now go have a huge cheat day and celebrate!
