Yep, if you keep your heart rate up between sets and then do 30min of cardio after each workout, you should melt off fat and gain muscle at the same time if you diet is right. Good luck with your program!I would do a weight and cardio routine bro. 30mins every morning of cardio then maybe 3-4 days a week in the gym. You want to be doing a high intensity program though, very high reps and little rest between sets so you can keep you heart rate up in the fat burning zone.
