I wish the canned tuna wouldn't have soy in it. other then that it's all protein and some sodium. 33grams of protein per 50 cent can. I eat it like that too

I usually have it with raw broc, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or mixed with browm rice

on rare occasion I'll have it out of a can but it's usually because I'm too lazy to get anything else

Support that statement

i like 2 cans of tuna with a little ultra lowfat mayo and some rice. mix it around it tastes pretty good

hell yeah! chunk light slides right down! the albacore I have to mix with something, takes much longer to chew up, so I don't eat it anymore.

i eat it straight from the can sometimes but it makes me gag and I gotta chug a lot of water.

I liek tuna

Too bad chunk light is like twice as expensive.

I've read that more than 3 cans of tuna a week could be dangerous, because almost every canned food have hig concentrations of some minerals for preservation purposes. That fact has been related in the last year to Alhzeimer (sp?) because from about 50 years ago this boom of canned food started but the side effects are only visible now.
