i can't eat my tuna dry....i just tried a couple of teaspoons fat free ranch dressing and a couple of teaspoons medium wing sauce....mixed it all together....man it is good

looks like i have a new way to eat my tuna

I always do crazy shit to my tuna. Gross' my roomate out. I use ketchup, mustard, taco sauce, low fat cheese sauce, dijon mustard, or soy sauce. Or a combo of any of them. Damm college life, Tuna's one of the few things I can afford.

LOL @ nick, man I know the feeling. Tuna was basically my only protein sources for a long while in college. Nothing beats its price and convenience. Too bad it tastes worse then ass.

My friends used to always make fun of me and my cans of tuna.

thats how i am.. i got egg beaters fat free cheese whey protein nitro tech bars and canned chicken and lunch meat and jerky and thats about it.. all high in sodium and the tuna stinks but i add it to my eggs to make an omellete and spray frebreeze

I drain a Can well, put a very small amount of Red pepper and garlic Powder on it, add a tsp of water and eat out of the can, I need nothing added to my canned meats personally, alot of sodium in there as it is.

Canned tuna and canned chicken, on a bed of salad with some (maybe a teaspoon) lowfat raspberry walnut vinnagrett dressing, mixed up very well. That's my most convenient lunch that still tastes good. Or I'll have some tuna/chicken on brown rice with mustard, but it does seem to be a little too salty at times. I stay away from catsup because of the sugars. I think we have 5 or 6 different kinds of mustard in the fridge here.

Salsa takes away some of the dryness.... but it has a little bit of sugar, that's the only problem. I might have to try some of these. I haven't eaten tuna for ages....

Holy shit every time I eat tuna I do it different. The dressing idea is great. Switch it up with other dressings hear and there and you'll never get sick of tuna. One night I woke up from being hungry. I was to tired to make something to eat because of the xannax I took to sleep so I had to be quick. I grabbed the tuna-crushed up a bag of baked lays potatoe chips into it and took a sip of water with every bite of EXTRA dry tuna.
try rellish sometime too. Oh and try stuffing a hotdog roll with tuna and hot sauce.

I like ranch dressing, Franks Red Hot sauce, or cooking it with some franks sauce and a bit of soy... high sodium, but makes it taste decent

miracle whip with dijon... THAT is the bomb! :)

I used to bring this stuff to work (even though I worked at a gym) and everyone would give me shit about eating tuna. It would stink up the entire office/break room. This was until I finally got some serious hardworking coworkers.

Kraft makes a reduced fat sandwich spread (35 KCal per Tbsp, contains 2.5 g fat, no saturated, 130 mg NA, 3g Sugars) that tastes awesome with canned chicken especially....just like tuna or chicken salad that you'd get at the sandwich shop, with almost none of the fat that you'd get cuz they use full blown mayo in most cases....

mix that into your can, scoop it outta the can with some whole wheat crackers and you get a good dose of protein and fiber all at once.

mustard, ff mayo, hot sauce, mix and match. personally i like to buy some of those pepper poppers, like a 1.25 at the store. for me if my mouth is hot from peppers i wanna eat more to "cool" it off, haha helps get the tuna down. ohwell

just tried a can with creamy ceasar dressing and some seafood sauce. tastes good.
