I get my steak fresh from the store and it doesn't have a label like most other products neither does eggs.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. Looking for

I'm now tracking everything I eat to see if I'm above my base rate of 2136 calories a day. I'm on onecrums diet and I seem to have stopped losing after 3 weeks now, so trying to pinpoint the problem.....thanks fellas
