I shower at night so that is why I put it on then. Usually about 2 hours before I go to bed. I only worry about the morning because I have a 3 year old to deal with in the morning and I don't wont to get any on her.
I am relieved to see that it does take time to kick in. I'm only on day 11 so I will keep at it. I am putting it on the upper chest and delts, what is wierd is there is about a dozen pimples on my upper chest (usually have one or two) but none on my upper back.
Have had a huge libido increase the past 3-4 days. I usually do anyway the week after my period but this is more. Seems like I'm a little stronger in the gym but nothing so obvious that I know it is the derm.
Legs yesterday:
Smith squat--a 45lb on each side 3 sets of 15 deep squats
Leg press--3 45lb on each side 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Did some lunges, step ups, and leg curls as well.

Question--I've always been told to add 15lbs instead of 45lbs for the smith machine bar....anybody know the actual amount. (two 45lbs would be 90+15 or 105???)![]()
I don't think the pre-applicaton shower thing is really important unless you tend to have particularly oily skin or have been sweating a lot since your last shower. I'm also a bedtime shower person, and applied it in the morning.
Yeah the sex drive boost definitely happened for me too, but only during the first cycle. The second one not so much, and the third, which was two years later, not at all. Steriods are wacky that way, but Needto could tell you more about that than me.
