As an aside whilst I'm getting in to the swing of things with the TRT, is there any gear (or advice) that any one can suggest that will help me to:
a) increase strength dramatically whilst on TRT
b) Help with recovery after workouts whilst on TRT
c) Increase vitality whilst on TRT
I don't mind gaining lean mass, but the above three points are VERY important to me. All the cycles I have read up on are designed for individuals that are not on TRT, that's why I am asking what I can stack on top of my TRT.
To recap my TRT regimine:
30mg/week Test E (Two injections)
500iu hCG week (Two injections)
Nolvadex for next 30 days, then on to Letro for Anit E/E sides
Diet is 90% clean (allow myself some wiggle room over weekends) consisting of 50%protein/30% good fats (with EFA's, Olive oil, flax seed)/20% carbs (carbs cycled and tapered, with very little if any coming from simple sugars)
Current goal is to drop bf% and regain the above three items...
Any input would be appreciated very highly.
