Trt/cruising dose

It's a bit high for trt. I'd go 125-200mg depending on the quality. 250mg is more of a high cruising dose
 
I'm running 180mg a week, split in 2 shots, and some guys have stated that it could be a little high. Only way to be sure what is right for you is to have your bloods done and see what kind of strain it is putting on your system. The whole idea behind cruising is to give your system a break while helping maintain gains you made on cycle. How old are you?
 
200 mg is a nice dose although i personally stay at the 250 range... 200 is about where you should be though bro...

This could start an interesting debate. I started TRT at 28, 9 yrs ago. My test levels were fucked tho, so it was time for me. Looking back, had I thought of it, I might have made the same decision regardless.

All this tells me that you don't know much about bodybuilding. You really should learn.

As for hrt, 100mgs a week is standard,though some docs are going higher...up to 200 mgs a week.

Because it's a life long commitment. I started cycling when I was in eighth grade cuz my dad basically lied to me. But I got blood work done last month and I have the test levels of a forty year old. HONESTLY I'M EIGHTEEN, MY TEST IS FUCKED. But I'm also varsity track and varsity football right now, I run a low ten 100 meter dash and 4.4 40 which is insanely fast for someone in high school. I also bench 225 seven times which is also a lot for how fast I am. I bench more than the lineman and am one of the fastest in the state.

So anyways my test is already ducked and I'm gonna play ncaa and hopefully hopefully play in the nfl if I'm super lucky. So I want to not loose my athletic ability, and like I said I'll b using in college and it's a life long commitment for me.
