To lower ur fasting glucose and insuline u just have to minimize ur carb intake and eat only low GI carbs like oats , whole bread and sweet potato in small portions.

For prog. cream , u'll be fine ur going to stop it later on when ur hormones stabilize later , i think this is due to ur high E2 , this is called estrogen dominance.

For E2 start Aromasin 3 times per week like u said above and go from there , but i think u could benefit froma boost at the beginning since ur E2 is so high it'll fasten things for u , just do 20-25 mg /eod or 3 x /w the first 2 weeks and go back to 10-12.5 mg /eod.

Good decision to lower ur Test dose to 250mg or even 200mg.

Free T is good but it'll get even better once starting Aromasin since it'll lower ur SHBG too.

DHEA is the parent of the sex steroids (androgens and estrogens) u need it for natural production , but ur on HRT anyway dunno y ur doc wanna raise seems there's another purpose for it, but i also think ur goin to stop too later on.

As for cortisol once ur hormones have balanced and ur system reach his new homeostasis (anabolism = catabolism) ur cortisol levels will ramp up a bit.

I have borrowed a new dangfangled blood pressure matjin seeing as my bp has been problematic in the past, and now that I am on HRT things could be even worse....

(BTW, I have also stopped smoking for about 4 weeks now....)

So, back to the blood pressure:

Took three measurements today, one upon waking and then one every other hour or so.

Average came in @ 130/74 with pulse being 66 bpm. Not bad considering the extra weight that I am carrying around.

To update on the hormone therapy side, (I have just finished front loading the Aromasin by taking 20mg 3 x week for two weeks) Aromasin @ 20 mg prior to the hCG, hCG @ 250iu prior to Test E pin, with Test pin following this and having been lowered to 90mgs Test E twice a week,
Decided to start with Aromasin in order to destroy the Aromatase enzyme before adding aromatizable products, hCG & Test. Will see how this goes.

Still no real increase in energy and vitality though, but this will probably only come with a decreased bf% not so?

Anyway, there you go, latest news and reviews.

ur BP is gr8 , i'm always around 140/80-90 and i'm 200 lbs 32 yo, maybe i need to stop smoking too , just tell me how the hell did u do it :D i tried a thousand time man and i always end up smoking again, i barely stopped for a week once lol how weak i am and i hate that i wish there's a true therapy for this addiction.

and btw i want to share a tip with u to help u boost ur morale and ur energy , try to supplement urself with phenylethylamine hcl it's a modified phenyl alanine amino that convert to dopamine naturally in ur body, this is what u find in chocolate but in very small quantities, believe me it'll change ur mood a lot supplement it during the day but not at night or close to bed time, and another supp. is the 5-htp (5 hydroxytryptophan) it's a modified tryptophan just like what happens in ur body b4 converting to serotonin , small amounts during the day will give u a great sense of well being and the large dose during the night it'll help u sleep a lot, these supps r better than all ssri's orr any nootropic.

Hey X, thanks for the compliment re BP.

Let me be the first to tell you that there is nothing that compares to having a smoke after dinner, or after sex, or after an argument, or with a drink, or after waking up, or driving with the tunes on, sitting quietly on the porch whilst the sun is going down, and so I can go on and on (for me at least). Only two things come close, and they both involve the female anatomy :D I just found, for me, the pain of giving up was finally less than the pain of continuing to smoke (i.e. cost, cost & more cost (tax makes up 50% of the price here in SA) as well as the other side effects) Having said that, the smoking (and coffee btw) I believe played a large role in my BP problems...

Thanks for those two supplements, will look into getting me some of those down the road...

u know the first thing i do upon wakeup is drinking my coffee and smoking a couple of cigs even b4 breakfast , i think raising dopamine and serotonin levels in the brain helps avoiding these bad habits (smoking, drinking , drugs, overeating....) cuz u'll feel u don't need this high u get from them , i feel it once i start taking dostinex i don't feel the urge to get high cuuz i already feels high and euphoric but the things is dost feeling fade with time and it can lowers a lot ur prolac and suppress ur immunity so i have to stop it from time to time, anf it also turn me to a sex freak , very hypersexual , i liked it at the beginning but it gets annoying later on cuz u can't focus on what's going on arround cuz ur always thinking about sex:D , i think the more natural way to improve our mental health is by supplementing these amino's in small quantities, i tried it once for about 2 months it felt good it helped a lot a friend of mine brought it to me from china when he was there , but i'm out of it and it's been long and i can't find a supplier that ship to my country. look for the bulk powder offers they're cheap and last forever , forget about the caps or a supp that contains them with many other BS stuff that sells for a high price as a fat burner or something else.
 
Hey there, new data as of today (measurements taken upon waking):

Blood Pressure/pulse 122/70-55
Blood sugar: 8.2!! (over did the eating thing this weekend, oops)
Weight: 114.2kg's
Body Fat: 33.7% (38.48/75.72) (178/118/43.5)

Got some serious work to do still. But the Adrenal Fatigue thread has changed my mind re the exercise and diet. Will be changing approach accordingly and let you know how it goes, but what the changes are, are highly top secret stuff that I would have to kill for if I told you :)

New measurements:
Blood Pressure/pulse 119/76-65 (Upon waking as per prior week: 101/67-53)
Blood sugar: 4.6
Weight: 108.2kg's (114.2-108.2=6kg's)
Body Fat: 32.42% (35.08/73.12) (178/114/42.0)

6Kg's in one week, very rapid, but not worried, mostly water and bloat me thinks...Next week is the real test.
Have excluded only processed foods and softdrinks (all types). Have also thrown in a calorie deficit.

But you jinxed me :D We have crappy weather over here in SA during the long weekend and all that is left to do is to watch TV and EAT (too broke to go anywhere/do anything)

Will see what happens on Monday morning re updates
