TRT and Fertility

My wife has been talking about having a baby. I have been on 200mg test/weelky for 6 months now. We tried for for a month to get her pregnant. I took a semen analysis and it came back as no sperm. I just got back from an appointment with the endo. He said I need to try HCG. He said take 5000iu twice weekly while reducing my test to 50mg weekly. See if my sperm count increases, if not try this for a month, then try 5000iu three times a week with no test.

How does this protocol sound? honestly I REALLY do not want to get off the test. I feel better than I have felt in like 10 years. He did say we could give it a maximum on 6 months and then i could continue on with the test. Thanks for the help.

Ok I can help you out. I have been doing cycles for years and my wife wants to have a baby. I went off everything and started a serious pct program.Hcg clomid and nebido(test undecoanate ) three months. Oh by the way my endo said my system was like Haiti,devastated! My lh, fsh and test where in the basement while my prolactin was sky high. After three months on this pct my test was 459, lh was up but fsh still low.I recently did hmg and dostinex. I am going down to the Dominican Republic tomorrow and will be retested. Hopefully my fsh (which tells your body to make sperm) is up. Im ready to jump back on. Here is the kicker when your on as you know you are hornier than a three balled billy goat but firing blanks,when your off and have good sperm count your really not all that horny. I will let you know what my fsh is next week.

Thanks for the reply. Great advice. I am in the process of obtaining hcg (which is very pricey) I also am going to take clomid (even though the dr didn't recommend it). Maybe a natty test booster? Any recomendations? I would like to try to increase my sperm count as rapidly as possible in hopes that I can return to trt more quickly.

Yes Im the same. Hcg for what you want isnt expensive,its the hmg and dos that add up.How old are you and how long have you been doing trt?I Clomid in the states is very expensive last time I checked maybe I can help you. Im in the DR now here its all cheap.
