Just thought I would throw this out there for anybody that was enterested in tring something new.
It is called a Triple Drop Set:
Start by getting warmed up good. I usally perform them at the end of my workout
First Set:
1 set of 4 reps
1 set of 8 to 10 reps
1 set of 12 to 15 reps
End Set.
During this you will have to drop weight for each set and there is to be no rest during the Set.
Creates a great pump and you will love it.
Very easy to do on machines or dumbbells so you don't waste time changing weights.
