I'm sure this is pretty simple to answer, and I couldn't do a search to find without platinum membership. I have about a 1/2 inch of fat on my lower back area that is really pissing me off, and of course those fucking handles.. Everythings coming into place with my diet and cardio. I'm taking TRex, and Levorex, and they are fucking marvelous. Trimming up my stomach great. I used to be a pretty big boy, cared more about football and lifting heavy and now that I've lost so much fat, it seems as if those three things are going nowhere, and keeping my lower waist area area wide. What are my best options for those who have got rid of those problems.. I want to get some Yoh ES, but I'm a little short on cash right now until I get back to the states here in a month. I'm taking classes over here for another session until August 30th. I eat no junk, only meals that I prepare, no extra shit, no sauces, seasonings, etc, pretty much the only carbs I'm taking in are a cup of oatmeal in the morning, and one after my workout and a glass of OJ when I wake up. I eat a g of protein for my bodyweight 210, over 5 small meals a day, and the only other things I consume are a cup of veggies with two of my meals and about 6 liters of water. No beer, no pop, nothing. I run intervals for my cardio, 4 1/2 mile runs in the morning on an empty stomach, and go hard. Keep my workouts fast, pausing for only about 60 seconds in between sets. I've dropped from about 225 to 210 or so. I imagine I won't finish these problems until I hit low 200s, but I'm a pretty big guy upstairs, and my legs aren't too shabby either themselves. Any suggestions, past experience.. I'm sure theres plenty. The answer is I should probably just be patient, but you know, you always wish for that miracle advice when you run into a wall.
