Monster..what are you doing over there, shit sounds like you're seeing the world and having some great experiances bro..sounds pretty fucking good..understand about $ and all, but you are keeping your diet in check in France(the land of mother sauces,fat and butter), you have more power than i bro, enjoy and safe passage back..

Yes, somehow I managed to keep my diet in check.. Don't know how but I did. Over two months, I only ate 3 cheat meals, 1 being sushi, one being a plate of a bunch of seafood.. and by seafood i mean like a 40($50) euro plate.. so the platter is HUGE.. 10 times the size of shit with anything you could think of.. and I ate mussels one night. I havn't had a scale to weigh in on since I was over here. I'm here for school, and just have a small studio overlooking the ocean and the port (actually the same port that Sean Connery's mini castle sits on the opposite side of). Anyways, so I'm looking forward to getting home next week. I was in Language Intensive classes, and I traveled all around the month before that. It was a good experience for me. Didn't have a friend with me, so I was forced to meet a lot of people. And I did, I met a lot of really cool people.

Anyways, after two months, I'd estimate that with my diet, I've dropped around 15-20 lbs fat weight wise, but I also lifted heavily, and should be back up 5-10 muscle wise.. I imagine at least lost 15 lbs. Find out Tuesday night.. I'll have to fill you guys in.. I'm ordering some yohimburn to polish off the abs.. crazy.. first time i've ever seen my abs, being an Ex College D Lineman, i consider that pretty good. I was always big, just never worked on a clean diet. Feels awesome.. Goin home reshaped pretty much.. I was at about 220 when I came over.. So I imagine about 205.. My pants drop off my waist completely now. Sucks.. I have to wear belts and my pants bulge up.. Looks like shit.. but not enough money to go out and buy new outfits here. Shit it makes Banana Republic and Abercrombie, whatever look cheap... Let alone anything else below that, that can sometimes seem expensive..

Anyways, that's all for me, back to Ohio in 6 days. Nice long flight to DC, then to C-Bus.
 
Man, I that was a pretty lame ass title I had up there.. anyways, problems have been taken care of.. and will be polished off..
