True, the same themes are rehashed indefinitely. Luckily for me, I can laugh at some of them like a trained dog. Two of my favorites...guy shouting into a huge cellphone in a crowded place...guy wearing large/loud headphones in a crowded place.
I think Jackass is mindless, and I enjoy that too.
