My upper body routine is all dumbells except for skull crushers, and because I started at home without access to a decline bench for the first part of my return to training, so I've been doing flat presses, however after 3 weeks at the gym, I decided to change to decline instead of flat. They felt good. I was only able to handle 80's for 7 reps but still I had a nice burn.

Does anyone else use these as a primary mass building movement? I'm hoping I can ramp the numbers up on these pretty fast.

lower pecs are easy to build and hard to maintain. unless big, floppy tits are what you're after....

I do heavy incline dumbbell presses 3 times a week. Back in my juice days I actually did not have very good lower chest development and never did decline work, and was always very strong on incline movements. So I'm not worried about building a bottom-heavy chest.
