Triceps

Dips are one of the best upper body exercises. They build strength. If you are having problems, see a doctor.

I am also a huge fan of Over Head Presses. Any type including military, push press, and jerks. Lift heavy weight, from the ground, overhead, and repeat.
 
weighted dips...but also a little tip after I complete a weighted set of dips I drop the dumb bell and keep going...triceps burn like hell when I do this!!
