skulls = good
heavy pushdowns = good
close grip bench = good
overhead extensions = o.k.
weighed bench dips = good
kickbacks = just plain gay!
I've had good success with heavy skulls, pushdowns, and bench dips in a 5x5 program for a few weeks, then doing 3-4 super heavy sets, follwed immediately by 2 excersises of 2 sets of 10. To break things up I often throw in cgb, or o. extensions.
