eat big New member Feb 3, 2005 #3 I cannot express how much Close Grip presses helped my tri's. When I started doing them, all of my tricep exercises improved. I like Pressdowns and French Presses also.

cmdubs New member Feb 3, 2005 #8 I think my front delt's take over way too much for close-grips. I actually prefer skulls.
