dude im 18, been training for 2 years about, i train them like this: shoulders one day, chest tri, chest shoulder tri, thats all in one week, and i keep getting stronger triceps. its hard to overtrain them. btw, i dont do those consecutively.

i think they recieve a lots less stimulation in chest/shoulder workouts than has been brought about to believe.
of course, maybe its just my genetic body structure -- i suppose some people may recieve more stimulation than mine bases on how their bones come together, joints intermingle and whatnot.
You can change how much emphasis is placed on the triceps during chest and shoulder exercises by adjusting your grip.
As for developing the triceps, you don't need much more than dips and/or closegrip benches. You won't do anything by hitting the muscle from "all angles". Vary the exercises a bit if you get bored, but otherwise, try to stick with the heavy compound movements.
